When you sit down with a Midas Mortgages representative, you will receive complete information, expert advice and detailed comparisons to properly equip you to make an informed decision.
We will research products for you, provide you with comparisons, and, once you’ve made a decision, submit your loan application within 24 hours of receiving all necessary documents.
We can also arrange all those necessary extras like ordering a home valuation and submit First Home Owners Grant (if applicable).
We will provide ongoing mortgage support
At Midas Mortgages we understand that the hard work starts after submitting the paperwork.
We will help reduce the stress associated with getting a home loan approved by continuing to monitor bank assessment of your loan and keeping you updated on its progress.
You may never have had to deal with a mortgage before, or perhaps you are moving far away from previous contacts. If this is the case, we can put you in touch with settlement agents, risk insurance providers, financial planners, accountants, or solicitors as required.
We’ll also work with you and your lender to resolve any conditions of approval, so that the whole process goes as smoothly as possible. When your finance is approved, we’ll contact you, your settlement agent and real estate agent with the good news.
We will also provide you with an Ombudsman if you ever need complaints resolution services.
After settlement we will continue to service you with monthly rate updates, include you in relevant announcements by your lender and contact you at the anniversary of your loan and maturity of your fixed rate to recommend alternative changes as applicable.
Midas Mortgages does not provide insurance services. For discounted life insurance we recommend you speak with our friends at Avant Financial Services.
